We farm our oysters at the edge of Dooriel creek in class A waters. To our west is the rugged Island of Achill and to our right is the boggy slopes of the Nephin mountains which fall gently into our inlet.

The oysters grow on a 20ha parc and are allowed to mature slowly and stress free in our pristine waters.

In preparation for sale we ‘harden’ our oysters up-shore which allows them adapt to longer spells out of water. Our yard is located at the entrance to the inlet which means our oysters have minimal time out of the water while been graded or prepared for sale.
